Take Five: Ryan Reynolds is the Sexiest Man Alive 2010 0

Nov21

It’s true that good looks can take you far, but this year’s Sexiest Man Alive proved us that good sense of humor will take you to the extra mile. Ryan Reynolds has long been known for his roles in comedy movies. His role as Michael ‘Berg’ Bergen in Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place gained him wide recognition. Recently, this funny guy also played in some romantic comedies. It’s three things now. Sweet smile, good jokes, and perfect abs. No doubt that Reynolds is one sexy guy. We know Scarlett Johansson will agree to that.

Ryan Rodney Reynolds was born on October 23 1976. The Canadian actor started his acting career from TV screen. His first appearance on-screen was Hillside, playing a character named Billy. Although he is best known for his roles in comedies, Reynolds also played in movies with various genres. He played in horror movie The Amityville Horror. He was in crime movie, Smokin’ Aces, alongside Jeremy Piven and Ray Liotta. Recent thriller movie, Buried. Also in action movies, Blade: Trinity and X-Men Origins: Wolverine. We know, although it was action movies, in the last ones, his character is quite funny. Well, if Deadpool could crack a joke, we bet Reynolds will make you laugh. Hannibal King did.

So how did the actor accepted his new title? “There was a little moment of disbelief, and then you kind of settle into it,” he said. Reynolds think that some people might beg to differ about his new title, saying that he experienced an awkward phase. “I looked … like sort of a very athletic girl up until I was about 21.” Well, no trace of that now.

What makes the news a lot more interesting is that, in the same week, the woman he married for two years now, was crowned GQ’s Babe of the Year. Ryan Reynolds married Scarlett Johansson in September 27, 2008 in a quiet ceremony near Tofino, British Columbia. Now with the two being internationally acclaimed for their sexiness, we can safely say that Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson are the most beautiful couple in the world.
